Raul founded Transformation and Performance Partners to support corporate clients in organisational transformations and raising performance because of Covid. His unique approach was developed and used over many years and is the topic of a new book called Transform(ed) The Art of Getting it Done due to be published in 2020. His diverse experience ranges from transformations to creating innovative companies. Raul advises high net worth investors and family offices on their business interests. His assignments are very much high stakes and usually time critical.

He has over 30 years’ experience and held senior management positions in international companies such as Torraspapel (then the industrial arm of the Kuwait Investment Office and one of the biggest industrial groups in Europe) where he was Group CEO, Director BT Europe BT PLC and Board member of Airtel of Spain. His experience ranges from mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds through to high tech businesses and financial services. He has worked throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Raul is an innovator at heart and founded a map applications company for car navigation and mobile smart phones in 2001 before they became commonplace and worked closely with all the leading technology companies. He also developed the BT mobility convergence product strategy back in 2003 foreseeing the rise of the smart phones and tablets and the trends in mobile applications.

Raul founded a strategy consultancy with faculty colleagues from London Business School where he was visiting lecturer. Clients included many blue-chip clients such as leading advertising agencies, KIO, BT, Volvo, Atlantic Computers, John Laings, Pfizer, Black & Decker, HMSO, and many others. He was also visiting lecturer at Madrid Business School.

Raul led the Innovation forum for FTSE 100 Board Directors ( BT Directors Programme) for 5 years aimed at creating high performance companies.



Heath Donnelly has over 25 years’ experience and worked in various capacities to many Royal Families and is currently an advisor to several well-known international businesses and Family Offices worldwide.

Heath manages our relationships with internationally renowned family offices and their business interests around the world. This covers many different types of businesses in many different sectors. 



Alan has a wealth of experience and has advised many different types of businesses from transport to hotels. Alan has been a Partner at Deloitte Haskins and Sells and at Mazars responsible for business development, business structures and human resources planning and development, acquisitions and sales of businesses.

Alan was also Managing Director of Cambridge Nutrition Ltd (Cambridge Diet) and led the firm to international success and is often asked to lecture on this success around the world. Alan now advises on management and operational strategy, and acts as a trouble-shooter, specialising in planning for rapid growth.  

Also, Alan had a distinguished career in the Royal Marines.

Mark is Chief Project Development Officer with a unique experience in the military covering a wealth of different experiences. He is a qualified telecommunications engineer used to introducing large projects in mission-critical situations. He has lead teams of scientists, engineers and military personnel to introduce urgent modifications to in-service communications systems.

Mark provides a strong project leadership from project definition, customer-supplier relationship manager, and project manager in technically advanced and complex programmes. He has very strong communications and negotiation skills used to match the expectations of the diverse members of any project consortium and customer. 



Ajith manages our technology office in Bangalore and is responsible for delivering technology solutions for our business transformations. T&PP can bring technological solutions at a fraction of the cost if sourced in the UK and useful when prototyping. Ajith also leads our data analytics team which forms the underpinning to so many business processes.

Ajith leads our medical practice designed to revolutionise hospital management and streamline medical business processes.

Ajith started his IT career in 1998. In the past 20 years, Ajith has worked in Silicon Valley on software projects for major IT companies such as AMD, Intel, Microsoft and Sony.
